1. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
• To be eligible, you must inform us within 7 business days of receiving the item.
• Please email us with clear photographs and order details at:

Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased by mistake, change of mind, or personal preferences are not eligible for return or refund.
• All digital content, donations, and spiritual sessions are non-refundable.

3. No Cancellations

• Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled or modified.
