In 2004, a group of devoted young hearts laid the foundation for a noble cause under the name “Shirdi Sai Baba Movies Trust”. But as with all divine works, God’s plan unfolds in His own time. The chosen instrument for spreading Sai Baba’s message was none other than Aushim Khetarpal, whose unwavering faith led him to leave behind a flourishing business life to serve Baba’s mission.
Founded in 2006 by Sai Bhakt Aushim Khetarpal and Mr. Vikas Kapoor, the Shirdi Sai Baba Foundation (SSBF) is built on the sacred teachings and blessings of Sai Baba. Through the divine vision and guidance of Aushim Khetarpal, the Foundation has grown into a powerful force of transformation and service, touching the lives of millions in India and around the world.
Aushim Khetarpal, a young entrepreneur at the helm of India’s biggest sports management company, Radiant Sports, and the CMD of Orient Tradelink Ltd and Divine Entertainment Ltd, was leading a successful business life. However, when Sai Baba chose him to spread his word, Aushim didn’t hesitate to leave it all behind.
This act of faith marked the beginning of a life devoted to the prachar (spreading the teachings) of Sai Baba.
To make Baba’s teachings accessible to millions, Aushim took the first monumental step by producing the blockbuster film “Shirdi Sai Baba”. Featuring an ensemble of 160 legendary stars, including Dharmendra, Late Shammi Kapoor, and Sudhir Dalvi as Sai Baba, the film became an instant success. It became the largest hit in its genre, and Shirdi found its place in the hearts of people all over the world.
Since then, the Foundation has not looked back. Today, 95% of all content related to Sai Baba is produced by SSBF, using the most powerful medium available today—audio-visual content. With the proliferation of TV channels, social media, and digital platforms, SSBF has become the leading force in delivering Sai Baba’s message to a global audience.
The Shirdi Sai Baba Foundation is not just about spiritual messages; it is about impacting lives. Aushim’s clairvoyance and dedication have brought tangible change to over 1 million people who have experienced profound transformation through personal counseling sessions, either in person or by phone.
